The provision of Meter Operations and Meter Worker Services is at the core of G4S Utility Services’ strategic development. It is an integral part of a comprehensive service offering available throughout the UK - as an Electricity and Gas Supplier Hub Agent.

We provide a full range of managed services for electricity including Non Half Hourly Data Collection (NHHDC), Non Half Hourly Data Aggregation (NHHDA), Non Half Hourly Meter Operations (NHHMOP) and Meter Asset Provision (MAP). We are also a Gas Meter Asset Manager and operate dual fuel services in the field backed by our expert back office teams who are fully experienced in processing industry data.

We can deliver a full range of Smart Metering services including the installation of Smart Meters and the retrieval and supply of interval consumption data which enables businesses to fulfil their Carbon reduction Commitment (CRC) obligations. Our bespoke Meter Data Management System is capable of interfacing with all the major meter manufacturers. We also fit gas data loggers and are accredited members of the Automated Meter Reading Services Code of Practice (ASPCoP).
