The Association is governed by its constitution, available here.
Members hold an Annual General Meeting in March and a General Meeting in September, where major policy issues and specific proposals affecting the metering business are discussed. A business plan is agreed at the AGM for the following year. Activities of the Association are conducted by the committee and are driven by the agreed business plan.
The Association is assisted by the consultant, who is employed to assist with achieving policy aims and the Secretary, who provides secretarial, legal and financial services.
